Lenox Pairings (Part 1)

Today we start a new series on pairing ideas for your Lenox collections.

Lenox, as you know, is a household name in fine china.  Lenox Corporation is an American company which has been in the business since 1889 and is known for its expert artistry in fine tabletop and giftware (china, crystal, and metal gifts).  Their settings are used in no less than the White House while some of their works are also on display in the Smithsonian Institution as well as the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Mixing patterns is actually a good way to make your table setting even more elegant and interesting, a sure way to get the conversation going!  You’ll be surprised at the results if you are bold enough to do so.

To start you off, here’s a suggested pairing from the Lenox collection.

Lenox April which has a platinum rim, cream background, and pastel flowers…

…is a good match for Lenox Montclair which also has a platinum rim and cream background.
