Spotlight On: Lenox Westchester and Edinburgh Thistle Cut

Every once in a while we bring your attention to a special pattern of china and crystal. There’s no rhyme or reason to it, just what grabs our attention. The truth is that time permitting we would do a piece on every pattern we carry, but alas, time does not permit :).

Lenox Westchester: Many patterns have gold trims. Some have gold borders and verges as well. But few come close to matching Lenox Westchester in elegance and style. The thick gold border may be a bit too much for our “casual” times, but if you’re looking to knock the socks off your guests with some really high class tableware, look no further.

Edinburgh Thistle: The difficulty in properly describing crystal is that the difference between good crystal and great crystal often comes down to the sense of touch rather then than sight. A picture can often fail to do justice to the feeling that only comes with handling and lifting a precious piece of exquisite crystal. Edinburgh Thistle, while lacking nothing in the design department, only conveys it’s true richness and style when it is held. A top ten choice for sure.
